The support I've seen (or lack thereof) from DreamHost today has been...very very lackluster. For the past 36 hours or so they've been having connectivity problems, bringing their main site, client sites, and the administration panel down for hours on end. There have been two whole updates on their website, and on top of that, they cut their discount in half. If I bother staying with them for two years, I'll certainly not use it for anything production-worthy (my home VM is faster than the shared server I'm on).

Welcome to my even newer website. I'm not hosting this locally, so it *should* stay up more...I can't guarantee that 'cause it's hosted with DreamHost, which (as I've seen in the past 12 hours), is quite unreliable. Well, we can see can't we?
